We accept returns on all domestic orders within 8 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it — with original packaging and all tags attached.
When submitting a return request, you will be asked to select your return reason (e.g., change of mind, size issue, defective item) and your preferred resolution (PRANEIZ Cash, replacement, or refund where applicable). Your selected reason determines the resolution options available to you.
If you wish to return a product for any non-defective reason — such as a change of mind, size not fitting, or style preference — we offer the following resolutions:

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or different from what you ordered, you are entitled to choose any one of the following resolutions, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019:
Custom and bespoke items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.
To initiate a return, please contact us at help@praneiz.com within 8 days of delivery with your order details and reason for return. Once your return request is approved, PRANEIZ will arrange a free reverse pickup via our logistics partner Delhivery — you do not need to pay for return shipping.
After the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your return. Approved returns will be processed according to your selected resolution preference.
