Welcome to Praneiz. Each Praneiz garment is created with care, precision, and purpose. Our goal is to offer you a seamless experience — from selecting a design to receiving a piece that feels yours. By purchasing from Praneiz, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Customisation & Sizing

•Every Praneiz design can be customised on request. We offer both standard sizes and made-to-measure options to ensure a perfect fit.
•Customisation includes adjustments in size, length, or minor design details, as discussed and confirmed at the time of order.
•Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements and details when requesting a customised piece.
•Each customised garment is crafted exclusively for you. Because of this, variations in weave, color, or finish may occur — these are natural characteristics of handwoven and artisanal fabrics, not defects.
•Praneiz reserves the right to decline unreasonable or complex customisation requests that may alter the original design aesthetic.

2. Order Timelines

•Standard-size orders are usually processed within 3-5 working days.
•Customised or made-to-order pieces require 1-4 weeks, depending on fabric availability and the complexity of customisation.
•Delivery timelines are approximate and may vary slightly due to the handcrafted nature of our work. We appreciate your patience for pieces made with care, not haste.

3. Returns, Exchanges & Alterations

•All customised, made-to-order, or altered garments are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are created specifically for you.
•Returns or exchanges are accepted only for standard-size products that are unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition within the specified timeframe.
•In the rare event of a genuine quality issue, we will assess the concern and, if valid, offer an appropriate solution — such as repair, alteration, or replacement.
•Minor alterations post-delivery can be provided for an additional fee, subject to feasibility and availability.

4. Fabric Integrity & Care

•Praneiz works with natural and artisanal fabrics, and minor variations in weave, color, or texture are inherent to their handmade nature. These subtle differences are what make each piece unique.
•Please follow the care instructions provided with each garment to preserve its beauty and longevity. Praneiz will not be held responsible for damage caused by incorrect washing, drying, or handling.
